Very few people in the U.S. think that Idaho is a treasure….This might help persuade them otherwise.  I know from experience, that Idaho is magnificent and so under appreciated.  It's not just about potatoes people! :giggle:

I always had a misconception that Idaho was just filled with fields of potatoes... this certainly changes that image! :giggle:

Yes. :nod:  All the BAKED potato fields are in the hottest section of the state east of Boise; the SCALLOPED potato fields are in the more swampy areas; the FRIED potato fields are in the deep south parts; and of course the FRENCH FRIED potato fields are the most rare and is located all around French Mountain, Idaho close to my property. ;)    hahahaha!!!
